Sorry to hear about the trouble. Hey word of mouth is the key. Let them know you are telling people about whats going on. Keep your head, but explain that these kind of business dealings will keep people out of their shops. Going to Suzuki is a good idea. Let the big boys have a crack at em. Nothing hurts them more than bad press.
